Q. How do I join?

A. To gain access to our site you must fill out the application displayed when you click JOIN NOW and attend a new investor meeting and become a member.

Q. Where and when are the new investor meetings?

A. We meet and give a free class every Tuesday at 5:00pm at the Windermere office in Bellevue Commons. The address is 1200 112th Ave NE Suite B100, Bellevue WA 98004.

Q. Do you attempt to sell any foreclosure courses or materials at the Tuesday new investor meeting?

A. No, at the Tuesday meetings we teach about the foreclosure process and how to use our data. Our clients are only charged if they are a successful bidder at the auction.
